We are proud to announce the Third Asian and Fourth National Medical Students' Research Conference (Medicon 2010) to be hosted at PSG Institute of Medical Sciences and Research.
What is MEDICON?
Medicon is an initiative by the Indian Council of Medical Research in the year 2007. The overarching goal of MEDICON is to bring together medical students from all over India and other Asian countries to share their research experiences and present their research findings. It is an event that brings together young scientists from all over the continent and eminent physicians.
The theme of this year’s conference is “The missing domain- Untaught and Unthought”.This addresses the important issues that are not routinely taught in the medical curriculum. The main focus of the conference includes Career choice, Medical Humanities, Research Aptitude ,Recent Advances and Common problems in clinical medicine.
Who can participate?
All medical undergraduates and interns, including those who have completed their internship in March 2010 are eligible to participate.
